Construction Team

Our construction team will be able to trouble shoot the smallest repair and capable of constructing your dream home or any big project when it is needed. Our construction team is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is also OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certified. One of the principals is a third-generation developer and has been involved in many projects.

• 1982 to 1986 was job superintendent for Carmel Construction Corp of New York
  • Built the First Solar Post Office in the Northeast Islip New York as well as assisting in the remodeling in the dining room at Aqueduct racetrack in Queens New York
• 1986 to 1991 built 24 single family homes in Nassau County New York
• 1991 to 2009 built and remodeled over 50 homes in Bergen county
• 2009 to present serviced the homeowner’s market in home remodeling & construction repairs

Real Estate Management Team

Our management team is also licensed with the real estate board in New Jersey and at present is responsible for managing and maintaining over 500 units for owners both present and abroad.
